Provided high-level technology services for small business customers in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. As the company’s first hired employee, I had a direct influence on the growth and prosperity of the growing customer base. Global IT Manager for a division of the Hasbro Toy Company. Working for such a dynamic start-up placed me in the position where I was responsible for the IT direction in an organization that grew from twelve employees to several hundred in a short period of time. Responsibilities included technology staff management, organization and departmental IT budgeting, multi-site infrastructure planning and management, and overall end-user IT support. I was also directly responsible for the technology presence at major industry trade shows including E3 and Toy Fair.
