2 packages of yellow cake mix20 oz orange Fanta soda1–2 tablespoons mandarin orange peel (finely shaved/zested)2 cans vanilla frosting1–2 teaspoons mandarin zest (for frosting)1–2 fresh mandarins (for optional juice step)
